Will there be any customs or duties payable on my purchase?

Some items may be subject to import taxes and/or duties on entering your country. These are imposed by your local government, are separate from New Zealand Gifts Online charges and are beyond our ability to predict or control. These taxes or duties are your responsibility. If you need more information please check with your local customs office prior to making an order.

Do you offer gift-wrapping? If so, how much does it cost and what are the options?

Yes, gift-wrapping is offered free with any purchase.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What currency is used?

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars. Credit card charges will be charged in New Zealand dollars. Your bank will automatically convert the charged amount into your normal currency. The conversion rate is entirely up to your bank and of course is liable to fluctuate daily.

Do the prices include New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST)?

All prices displayed include GST.

Can you deliver to a PO Box address within New Zealand?
