Returns are not accepted for change of mind so please, choose carefully.
 
 
PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM
 
 
Once your order has been delivered you accept ownership of all goods. New Zealand Gifts Online will not be responsible for any damage to goods after delivery unless due to a manufacturing fault that is covered under warranty.
 
Goods returned to us within 30 calendar days from receipt of delivery, due to the above situation, will be either replaced or the purchase price refunded (less shipping charges). Refunds will be either via the method of original payment or a credit.
 
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered or refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
 
 
If you are returning an item you must:
  • Repackage the goods adequately to prevent damage in transit
  • Keep your original delivery slip until we have received the goods
 
New Zealand Gifts Online is not responsible for items that go missing or are damaged during transit. Please ensure you send items with tracking and/or insurance.
 
 
Returns must meet the following conditions:
  • Goods must be unused, unopened and in original condition
  • All original packaging and parts/accessories must be returned
  • Original invoice/delivery slip must be included
  • Goods must be received by New Zealand Gifts Online within 30 calendar days from delivery                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             
Faulty Goods
 
If you receive defective or damaged goods please report this to us within 30 calendar days via phone or email. We will then arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra charge.
 
If you choose to return a product because it is defective or damaged, all shipping costs will be refunded.
 
Please note we will require proof (e.g., a photograph) of defect or damage prior to replacing any item.
 
 
 
Exchanges
 
Exchanges are not available on food items.

If a product is unsatisfactory we will exchange it for another one (e.g., in a different colour/size) or for another product of the same value.
