Target Delivery Time
Within New Zealand:
Allow 3 - 5 working days. If delivery is to a rural address please add an extra day to these times.
Allow 5 - 7 working days for Australia and 10 - 14 working days for the rest of the World.

Final postage dates for Christmas are as follows:

Friday 2 December to Australia.

Friday 25 November for South Pacific, East Asia, North America, UK & Europe. 

Monday 21 November for the Rest of the World.

You can expect that items will usually arrive at their destination within the specified target delivery time. However, as the companies we use may not be able to directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within these times. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs may take longer.
Please note that during December these times do not apply. If you wish to order something for Christmas please be aware that you will need to order earlier than usual.
Delivery Method
Within New Zealand:
Our preferred courier company is Fastway Couriers. A signature is required for all deliveries. If there is no-one home the courier will leave a card so the recipient can arrange a time for re-delivery. Please note deliveries will take place on weekdays only and we cannot deliver items by courier to a PO Box address.
We use New Zealand Post International Air. This is the fastest of the economical options for overseas delivery. However, if you wish to have your parcel sent via International Economy Courier or International Express Courier please contact us prior to placing your order. These options are both signature tracked services, taking 2-6 days, and 1-5 days respectively. Please be aware though that these services will increase the shipping cost, from around an extra $25 to anywhere up to 3 times the price.  
Your Obligations
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering items. If there is any customer error in the address given, redelivery to the correct address may incur an additional delivery charge.
If an order is not delivered when expected it is your responsibility to advise us promptly. We can then contact the delivery company to rectify the problem. New Zealand Gifts Online will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable grounds to cancel an order.
